Privacy policy

This website is operated by Nero Naveendran, Sales Representative with Forest Hill Real Estate Inc., Brokerage, Yorkville (28A Hazelton Ave, Toronto, ON M5R 2E2). It is an independent registration site and is not operated by Lakeview Homes.

What we collect

When you register, we collect your name, email, phone number and the preferences you choose (home types, timeline, whether you work with a realtor, and whether you'd like updates).

How we use it

To send you the North Gate Trails information you requested, to contact you about the project, and, only if you ticked the updates box, to send you news about this and future new-home launches. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the link in any email.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information. If you decide to purchase, the details needed to prepare your worksheet or agreement are shared with the builder and its sales team at that point, with your knowledge.

Storage

Registrations are stored securely in Google Workspace services. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
